Congress Passes Camp Lejeune Act

BREAKING NEWS:  Last night, the U.S. Senate passed the PACT Act, which includes the Camp Lejeune Justice Act (CLJA).  The CLJA provides an avenue for those who were injured as a result of contaminated drinking water at Camp Lejeune to file claims to be compensated for their injuries. 

To quality, you must be a Marine veteran, a Marine veteran’s family member, civilian worker, or have visited Camp Lejeune for at least 30 days between the years of 1953 -1987.  The injuries cover over 40 illnesses, including, but not limited to, many types of cancers, Parkinson’s Disease, ALS, miscarriages, birth defects, and claims can be made not only for those who are living, but also for those who have passed away.
